Bruce M. Perry

Bruce M. Perry is the founder and managing partner of Integra Law Group. He received his M.B.A. degree from the University of Washington, with an emphasis in finance and accounting, and his J.D. degree with the highest honors from the University of Idaho.

Mr. Perry’s practice focuses on bankruptcy law, business and estate planning. He helps client’s plan for and file Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies as well as obtain loan modifications and stop foreclosures. His practice also includes helping clients prepare wills, trusts and other estate planning documents, as well as Medicaid planning. He has extensive experience helping clients buy and sell private companies.

Mr. Perry has been a speaker at seminars for the Idaho Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors, the Idaho State Small Business Development Center, the School of Business at Boise State University, and at continuing education seminars for attorneys and accountants sponsored by the National Business Institute. He is a member of:

He is married with four children. His favorite sport is fishing and he also enjoys hiking and playing golf.
